Magnificent Nebula

Outer space is the perfect place where science meets arts. In today’s world where science and technology is so advanced that we can see the space, galaxy, nebula and collect their images. Still, as per the scientists, there is a limitation and we cannot see beyond certain limit. Thankfully there is no limitation on our imagination. We can see the beauty of the space formation and we can imagine what is beyond our reach and that can be much more magnificent, much more artistic, much more drown in the beauty of millions of colorful small formations. I studied about space, galaxy and nebula with my son and let imagination fly beyond the barrier. First I gained knowledge from scientific theories then I let the wings of the little artist within me spread and I landed into a magnificent surreal place that exist only in this canvas and finally I painted what my left and right brain together agreed upon.

This is my first painting of 2023. 🙂

I am very fortunate to have selected as the AOM for the month of January at PCA and for that I am thankful to Tom and Alice, PCA gallery committee chairs for guiding me through the entire process. I am eternally grateful to Debbie and Rich for their tremendous outpouring of support without that I couldn’t have imagined a successful reception. I am blessed to have my God gifted family, my husband Ashwani, my son Sudhish and my lil princess Aishee. Ashwani and Sudhish worked tiredlessly for this exhibition. I extend gratitude to my art appreciators, friends, my extended family, guests and visitors who were there by my side physically and/or morally and made my first solo exhibition a grate success.
