Three years ago, artists from Lexington organized an event where owners of beautiful gardens welcomed artists for eplein air paintings , also they welcomed visitors to interact with the artist and watch them painting. I was welcomed in one of those beautiful gardens. It was my 1st time painting outside my studio for 4 long hours. Thanks to the owner lady who kept on checking on me which helped me painting comfortably thoughout the time. She even helped me with the water changes and positioning my set up (I set up under a big tree in her garden and the shadow was changing with the moving sun). That sweet gestures of her made it a unforgettable memory for me. ![]()

I couldn’t complete the painting that day. Finally I have added chairs, table, bunnies etc. to give it a complete look. It’s a half outdoor and half indoor painting. ![]()

I have received lots of enquires from peoples interested in purchasing my painting “Spring Renewal”.
That painting is huge in the whole concept and size. I had to brainstorm to give a real face of my dream. I had to tickle my sleeping mathematical brain to calculate the sizes of every elements (so that no one’s existence should over power the others) , their positions, the bushes, the colors of flowers (so that one set of warm or cool color should not dominate one particular area). I had to establish a balance between my heart and mind because what I imagined was in a 3d space and
I had to tell the story using a 2d surface. I worked for crazy 114 hrs to complete the work (until finishing, varnishing and wiring). And all those caused a 4digit price of the entire painting.
I promised you to paint similar happy scenarios in smaller canvases and will keep the price low. And here the first one on 9×12 inch canvas.

A thought that always stay in my mind is “Kothao Amar hariya jaoar nei mana, Mone Mone”. This line belongs to a song written by world famous poet Rabindranath Tagore. Meaning of the line is like … In my imagination, nothing can impedes me from losing myself (in a beautiful world).
How many butterflies can you find in this field of wild flowers? ![]()

“Good morning Moose”
I saw this handsome guy standing still inside the Mt.Washington’s auto road office and in my painting I just let him roam free in the surreal bright morning.
Acrylic on 9×12 inch canvas. Price: 500 USD
August, 2019: we were at the the base of White Mountain. It was end of the day and the Mt. Washington auto road office was closing. We were very lucky that one of their gentlemen agreed to take us to the top. We were their last passenger.
The journey to the peack of the mountain was so incredibly amazing that I cannot forget it in my lifetime. It was foggy and mystic. Sudhish and me, we had thousands of questions regarding the mountain, weather, auto road history and he (the person who drove us there) answered all our questions enthusiastically. We made lots of small videos when our car was moving through the deeply fog covered Mt. Washington auto road.
You can see these beautiful mumma and cub bears in various places over New England. I found black bear statues at the office of Mt. Washington auto road, at Clark’s trending post and at a furniture shop in Maine. ![]()
